Zoom Rooms Controller

Zoom Rooms is a video conferencing system that can be set up using either a dedicated appliance or custom hardware. With the Android Tablet app, users can connect to a Mac, PC, or Zoom Rooms Appliance and use their tablet as a dedicated controller for that room. The Android Phone app also allows for similar control functionality on a personal mobile device when paired with a Zoom Room.

The tablet screen can also be switched to Scheduling Display mode, which can be placed outside the room to show current availability, upcoming meetings, and even allow for instant Zoom meetings to be reserved. The app is easy to install and comes with on-screen instructions to guide users through the setup process.

The app allows for viewing of the active speaker, content, or gallery view with up to 49 video feeds, and can support up to 1,000 interactive meeting participants or 10,000 view-only Zoom Video Webinar attendees. Meetings can also be recorded for sharing or reviewing later.
