More About Ships of Glory: MMO warships
This application allows players to take control of a variety of ships, including Torpedo Boats, Patrol Boats, Destroyers, Cruisers, Battleships, Dreadnoughts, Submarines, Cargo Ships, Hospital Ships, and now Aircraft Carriers. Each ship has its own unique attributes, requiring players to adapt their combat strategies in order to be successful.
The game takes place in a large open environment with islands, ports, and narrow passages. There are no set rules, and players can engage in a never-ending death match. While a tier 1 ship may be in the same arena as a tier 5 ship, there is no pressure for them to engage in combat. Tier 1 ships are generally faster, allowing players to avoid confrontation if they choose.
For new players, there is a training arena that is limited to low tier ships. This allows them to familiarize themselves with the game before jumping into the main combat arena.
The game also features a built-in friends system, allowing players to team up and work together. Friends can battle together, and friendly ships appear as green blips on the radar. Firing upon friendly ships is disabled. The friends system also allows players to send each other in-game currency as a reward for their help in combat.
There are a variety of weapons available, including turrets, torpedoes, depth charges, hedgehogs, and mines. These weapons are spread among the 13 different ships currently available in the game.
