SmartHub provides utility and telecommunications customers account management at their fingertips. Customers can view their usage and billing, manage payments, notify customer service of account and service issues and receive special messaging from their local utility or telecommunications company.

The application offers a variety of additional features to help users manage their account and stay informed about their service provider. One of these features is Bill & Pay, which allows users to quickly view their current account balance and due date, as well as manage recurring payments and modify payment methods. Users can also access their bill history, including PDF versions of paper bills, directly on their mobile device.

Another useful feature is My Usage, which provides energy usage graphs to help users identify high usage trends. The app also has an intuitive gesture-based interface for easy navigation through the graphs.

The Contact Us feature makes it easy for users to get in touch with their service provider via email or phone. Users can also choose from a variety of predefined messages, and even include pictures and GPS coordinates if needed.

The News feature is a convenient way for users to stay updated on any news that may affect their service, such as rate changes, outage information, and upcoming events.

Service Status allows users to view any service interruptions or outages, and even report an outage directly to their service provider through the app.

The Maps feature displays facility and payment dropbox locations on a map interface, making it easy for users to find these locations when needed.

Lastly, the Manage Wifi feature allows users to easily manage their WiFi network and connected devices. This includes maintaining passwords, troubleshooting issues, creating and controlling guest networks, limiting access to connected devices, setting rules with parental controls, and checking internet speed.
