Paycor Mobile gives you access to payroll, time and attendance, and HR features wherever you go. Sign in with your existing Paycor username and password to stay connected.

This application is designed to help employees and managers/administrators with various tasks related to their work. Some features may need to be enabled by the company's administrator before they can be accessed in the app.

For employees, the app allows them to view their current and previous pay stubs and W-2s, as well as text, email, or print PDF copies of these documents. They can also punch in and out, view their time card hours, and report any missed punches. Employees can also fill out their timesheets, accept time cards, and request time off through the app. The calendar feature allows them to view their work schedule, future pay dates, and time off. They can also access the company directory, benefits information, tasks and notifications, and company learning resources. Additionally, employees can view and edit their profile, stay updated on company news, and use the chat feature to communicate with others.

Managers and administrators have additional features available to them, such as the ability to approve time off requests and workflows, acknowledge time card exceptions, and add/edit/delete punches for employees. They can also approve time cards and use the applicant tracking feature.

The app also offers support for both English and Spanish languages. It also has fingerprint login support, making it easier for users to access the app without having to enter their password every time. Push notifications are available for new pay stubs, time off requests and approvals, tasks, and notifications.

Lastly, the app offers some additional features such as Paycor Engage, which allows leaders and employees to interact, connect, collaborate, and share information. OnDemand Pay (EWA) allows employees to access up to 50% of their earned wages before payday. The Paycor Visa® Card feature allows employees to get paid up to 2 days sooner when direct deposit is set up. The app also offers financial wellness resources to help with budgeting, savings goals, and financial guidance within the Wallet feature. Employees can also receive recognition through the app, and access their important documents through the My Documents feature.
