The People feature allows you to see and edit information about your group members and their families, and easily contact them using the built-in tools. You can also view a person's history and involvement in the church through the Timeline feature, and get an overview of their serving, attending, and giving patterns to understand their level of connection. Additionally, you can add new people to the system and import their information from your phone's contacts or Google's address validation.

The Schedules feature helps you manage your volunteers' schedules in real-time. You can see where there are gaps in the schedule and easily fill them on the go. You can also update your volunteers' statuses and send them messages to keep them informed about their serving opportunities.

The Process Queues feature allows you to provide intentional follow-up for your group members and keep them moving along the path of discipleship. You can leave notes for people as you guide them through the process, ensuring that all leaders are informed about their journey.

The Notes feature allows you to share and view important information among ministry leaders, keeping all of the context in one place to tell a person's story. And with the Calendars feature, you can see all the events happening in your church and hone in on your group's events to see where and when they are happening and who is attending.

It's important to note that in order to use this app, you must have a current Church Community Builder software account. Additionally, the app's functionality is based on your current permissions within the software.
