It provides a platform for users to talk with confidence, as the operations team actively monitors and removes inappropriate users to create a safe and clean space for everyone.

Users who have used K-friend have shared positive experiences, such as being able to talk about their worries and make good memories, finding comfort and relief from depression, making friends from all over the country, and improving their communication skills. The app is also praised for providing a fun and helpful distraction from studying or boredom, and for making lonely lives a little brighter.
